How do I place an order?
There are several ways to place an order: Online at www.a-matrix.ng, by email at email@example.com, or by calling us at +2347069176001, +234-1-4536335.
Do you have a minimum order?
We appreciate all orders, so A-Matrix has no minimum order requirement. Occasionally, a supplier may require a minimum and you will be advised of this at the time of your order.
Do you charge sales tax?
We will charge the tax that is required. If you are tax exempt, we must have a valid tax exemption certificate on file. Please email your certificate to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I pickup my order?
For order pickup, call us 2 to 4 hours prior to desired pickup. We are open from 9:00 am – 4:30 pm for customer pickup.
If I place an order today, when will it ship out?
Items that are in stock and sent directly from our warehouse will ship in 24 to 48 hours. In most cases, if you place an order before 12noon local time and the requested item(s) is in stock, it will leave our warehouse the same day. For Other items not in stock and back-orders, we will do our best to advise you of the estimated delivery time.
What are your shipping terms?
For standard orders, we ship via EMS. In most cases, at checkout you’ll be given the option to select which carrier, cost and speed of delivery works best for you. For large items that require special handling, delivery will be made by a specialized freight carrier.
Need to have an order shipped internationally? No problem! We’re able to ship product around the world via (but not limited to) EMS, TNT, UPS, Fedex and DHL etc. Please keep in mind that when you place an international order, you are responsible for all applicable duty and taxes.
Please note that for potentially hazardous materials e.g.: liquids, materials having a particular chemical content, or materials packaged in pressurized containers, these may require special handling and specific mode of transportation and may thus attract higher shipping rates.
A-Matrix will not be liable for any claim, loss, or damage caused in whole or in part due to delay in or failure to make delivery when such delay or failure is directly or indirectly caused by act of God; strike or other labor difficulty; transportation problems; inability or delay in obtaining necessary labor, material or products from usual sources; material shortages; accident; act of any civil or military authority; act of war; or act of purchaser; or by the occurrence of any other contingency beyond A-Matrix’s reasonable control. In such event, the date of delivery or time for completion shall be postponed by such length of time as may be reasonably necessary to compensate for the delay.
How do I return a product?
A-Matrix places the highest priority on customer satisfaction and believes that our products are of the highest quality on the market. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please let us know how we can make it right. We’ll do whatever it takes to fix the problem. Please note that there may be some restrictions on certain products such as custom or special order items, expired, refrigerated, radioactive or DEA regulated materials, open liquids, chemicals or reagents.

What happens if a product I order is damaged in shipment?

Do you have a re-stocking or return fee?
Product returned more than 30 days after shipping are subject to a restocking fee. Some larger items, chemicals and hazard material items may be subject to restocking fees.

How do I set up an account?
To set up an account, go to “My Account” on our page, or click – My Account.
How do I get my password if I’ve forgotten it?
At the bottom of our website click the link for “My Account”. From there click on “Forgot Password?”. You will be prompted to enter the e-mail address used when you registered— your USER NAME or EMAIL ADDRESS. That email address will be used to send a link to reset your password. If you have any problems or concerns, please contact Customer Service.
How do I manage my account/change default settings?
Once you register online you can manage your default settings in My Account. You must be logged in to access most settings.
How do I look up past orders?
If you are registered, you can look up past orders in your account by clicking “orders”.
Can I order products not listed online?
Yes! We have access to most of our suppliers complete product lines. We are happy to help you source the product you need.
Why do I get a reference number?
The reference number is an internal number that we assign to your order. It assists us in locating your order if you need to discuss it with us. When contacting us, you can refer to either the reference number or your purchase order number.
How long do you guarantee your prices?
If you receive a written quote from us, the pricing will be honored for 28 days unless otherwise agreed upon.
How can I see what products you offer?
You can view our products on our website. If you don’t see what you need, we will see if we can special order it for you.
