These 1.0m diameter silica (glass) beads are useful for homogenization of bacteria, fungi, spores, molds and small yeasts . Can be used with any bead homogenizer. They are acid washed and heat treated to remove contaminants and render them nuclease and protease free. Supplied in 200g bottle.
