Reagecon’s Carbon Dioxide (CO₂) Release Agent is used as an acidic CO₂ release agent during the measurement of CO₂ using the Corning 965D Carbon Dioxide Analyser. Use of this instrument is one of a number of approved techniques available for the determination of CO₂, in beer and other carbonated beverages. This instrument was subsequently marketed by Mettler Toledo as the model M965D CO₂ Analyser.
