CONTROLLER – 2 OUTPUTS

The RE81 controller is destined for the temperature control in plastics, food, dehydration industries and everywhere when the temperature stabilizing is necessary.

The controller co-operates directly with resistance thermometers (RTD) or thermocouple sensors (TC),

The controller has two outputs enabling the two-step control, step by step three-step control and alarm signaling. The two-step control is acc. to the PID or ON-OFF algorythm.

The innovative SMART PID algorithm has been implemented in the controller.

• Control acc. to:

  • PID algorithm

  • ON/OFF algorithm

  • heating/cooling algorithm

  • step-by-step control

• Direct co-operation with:

  • resistance thermometer (Pt100) 

  • or thermocouple (J, K, S)

• Automatic selection of PID parameters (acc. to the innovative SMART PID technology).

  • SMART PID Technology:

    • self-acting and precise selection of PID settings,

    • effective  control algorithm,

    • easy and simple solution for technical service,

    • lack of overshoots or small overshoots for a large range of objects in the automatic process of PID parameter selection.

• 2 configurable control outputs:

  • relay output or

  • voltage output for SSR relay control

• Configuration by means of keys or PD14 programmer and free eCon program

• Error signaling by means of messages

• IP65 protection level

• Password protection
