Flumequine is an antibiotic in the group of fluoroquinolones, which can inhibit the activity of bacterial DNA gyrase. Flumequine is a first generation broad spectrum antibiotic often used in veterinarian medicine for the treatment of enteric infections in domestic animals, poultry and fish. Because of concerns about drug residues entering the food chain and contributing to bacterial resistance, flumequine has been detected in the food products. Flumequine ELISA Test Kit enables government agencies, food manufacturers and quality assurance organizations to detect flumequine in various sample types and to satisfy customer concerns about food safety. Flumequine ELISA Test Kit provides a unique extraction method, which is accurate, rapid, cost effective and easy to use.

Flumequine ELISA Kit has the capacity for 96 determinations or testing of 42 samples in duplicate (assuming 12 wells for standards). Return any unused microwells to the foil bag and reseal them with the desiccant provided in the original package. Store the entire kit at 2–8°C. Do not use this product past the expiration date indicated on the Certificate of Analysis.
