Furaltadone ELISA Test Kit
Nitrofurans, which are effective against a wide range of bacteria, include furazolidone, nitrofurazone, nitrofurantoin and related compounds. The food and drug administration has prohibited all uses of nitrofuran drugs in food-producing animals because they pose a public health risk. Evidence indicates that the drugs may induce carcinogenic residues in animal tissues.

Use Principles
Furaltadone (AMOZ) ELISA Kit is an indirect competitive enzyme-labeled immunoassay. The AMOZ antigen is precoated on the wells. The precoated antigen compete the AMOZ antibody (antibody solution) with AMOZ in the sample, anti-AMOZ antibody binds to the AMOZ-HRP enzyme conjugate. Then pipette the substrate solutions to the wells to convert the color.
The color of unknown samples is compared to the color of the standards and the AMOZ concentration of the samples is derived.
