Text alarms are available based on 70 text alarms per month, should this be exceeded then the contract will be reviewed and the customer informed of any additional charges. The cost includes all hardware and the associated SIM card cost. Casella cannot be held liable for GSM signal strength or the ability of the network provider to relay SMS messaging. The data agreement is on an annual basis and will need renewing every year. Should a new purchase order not be received then the text alerts will cease to be sent to the desired numbers.
