Radwag HX7.15.H4 Multifunctional Scale 15kg x 5g

The HX7 H scale is a device consisting of a hi-tech PUE HX7 indicator and 1-load-cell weighing  platform, both of the units made of stainless steel. Advanced technology and high ingress protection, IP66 / IP68, allow the scale to be operated in harsh industrial conditions. Convenience is offered by a clear menu, an intuitive arrangement of information on the display and ease of operation.

The device offers 7” colour graphic display and a 9-diode bar graph blinking in red and green. The bar graph visualises in a graphic form the current net weight
of a product referring it either to the scale range or set min and max thresholds. Housing back is equipped with hermetic communication interfaces such as RS232, RS485, USB, Ethernet, at your disposal there are also digital inputs/outputs and analogue output. This enables cooperation with external devices such as barcode scanners, printers, external displays, control buttons, light signalling towers, other controlling/signalling devices, systems for automatic process control and superior IT systems.

With use of the bracket you can either place the indicator at any flat horizontal surface, or fix it to the wall adjusting the tilt respectively to suit your needs.
The terminal’s software allows carrying out processes such as weighing, parts counting, dosing, labelling, formulations and percent weighing. Indicator’s system of information is based on numerous databases (users, products, weighings, packaging, formulations, customers) and ALIBI memory which guarantees stored data safety.

The MWMH-Manager is designed to enable operation of High Resolution Platform, Weighing platforms and  weighing  modules of MWSH, MWLH and MWMH series by means of a PC. The program facilitates mass readout, taring, zeroing, filters setting, internal adjustment, determination of operator’s start mass and user adjustment.

RADWAG CONNECT FOR Radwag Multifunctional Scale

The RADWAG Connect  is a new tool intended for mobile devices operation of which is based on Windows 10. The program facilitates communication with RADWAG weighing instruments via local network. It enables access to instruments’ basic functions: taring, zeroing, record of weighings, measurements export. The RADWAG Connect uses any stationary or mobile device with Windows 10 operating system installed: desktop computer, laptop, tablet or phone.

Functions:

• establishing communication with all balances, scales and weighing modules using  Common Communication Protocol,
• communication via local network,
• support of basic functions: record of current mass, taring, zeroing,
• auto searching for devices,
• connecting with few devices simultaneously, swapping between them,
• clear list of connected platforms (scales),
• record of measurements in the program,
• export of carried out measurements to CSV file,
• work performed using freely selected device with Windows 10 operating system installed: desktop computers, laptops, tablets and phones,
• language versions: Polish and English.

The certified intrinsically safe PM02.EX power supply, manufactured by RADWAG, has been designed to power the HRP.EX.
PM02.EX power supply comes in two designs:

• PM02.EX-1-2: power supply intended for operation in hazardous area:
  • Zone 1 and 2, where there is a risk of explosion due to mixture of air with vapour, mist or gas, classified as  explosion group IIC, IIB and IIA and as temperature  class T1, T2, T3, T4.
  • Zone 21 and 22, where there is a risk of explosion due to mixture of air with dust, flammable fibres and volatile fuels, classified as explosion group IIIC, IIIB and IIIA.
• PM02.EX-2-2: power supply intended for operation outside hazardous area, equipped with intrinsically safe circuits that can be placed in:
  • Zone 1 and 2, where there is a risk of explosion due to mixture of air with vapour, mist or gas, classified as  explosion group IIC, IIB and IIA and as temperature  class T1, T2, T3, T4.
  • Zone 21 and 22, where there is a risk of explosion due to mixture of air with dust, flammable fibres and volatile fuels, classified as explosion group IIIC, IIIB and IIIA.
