HX7.4 600.H8/Z Multifunctional Platform Scale | New Radwag Scale

The HX7.4 600.H8/Z scale is a device constructed on the basis of a PUE HX7 indicator and a ground-embedded 4-load-cell platform, both manufactured using the AISI 304 stainless steel. The device’s high protection class, IP66 / IP68, makes it suitable for use in industry.

Comfort of operation is guaranteed thanks to a clear-cut menu, and a colour display featuring a 9-diode bar graph blinking red and green when signalling current net mass of a load in reference to the scale range or declared min and max thresholds. Housing back is equipped with hermetic communication interfaces such as RS232, RS485, USB, Ethernet, at your disposal there are also digital inputs/outputs and analogue output. This enables cooperation with external devices such as barcode scanners, printers, external displays, control buttons, light signalling towers, other controlling/signalling devices, systems for automatic process control and superior IT systems.

With use of the bracket you can either place the indicator at any flat horizontal surface, or fix it to the wall adjusting the tilt respectively to suit your needs. The terminal’s software allows carrying out processes such as weighing, parts counting, dosing, labelling, formulations and percent weighing. Indicator’s system of information is based on databases (users, products, weighings, packaging, formulations, customers) and ALIBI memory which guarantees stored data safety.

The MWMH-Manager is designed to enable operation of High Resolution Platform, Weighing platforms and  weighing  modules of MWSH, MWLH and MWMH series by means of a PC. The program facilitates mass readout, taring, zeroing, filters setting, internal adjustment, determination of operator’s start mass and user adjustment.

The RADWAG Connect  is a new tool intended for mobile devices operation of which is based on Windows 10. The program facilitates communication with RADWAG weighing instruments via local network. It enables access to instruments’ basic functions: taring, zeroing, record of weighings, measurements export. The RADWAG Connect uses any stationary or mobile device with Windows 10 operating system installed: desktop computer, laptop, tablet or phone.

• establishing communication with all balances, scales and weighing modules using  Common Communication Protocol,

• support of basic functions: record of current mass, taring, zeroing,

• connecting with few devices simultaneously, swapping between them,

The certified intrinsically safe PM02.EX power supply, manufactured by RADWAG, has been designed to power the HRP.EX.
PM02.EX power supply comes in two designs:

• PM02.EX-1-2: power supply intended for operation in hazardous area:
  • Zone 1 and 2, where there is a risk of explosion due to mixture of air with vapour, mist or gas, classified as  explosion group IIC, IIB and IIA and as temperature  class T1, T2, T3, T4.
  • Zone 21 and 22, where there is a risk of explosion due to mixture of air with dust, flammable fibres and volatile fuels, classified as explosion group IIIC, IIIB and IIIA.
• PM02.EX-2-2: power supply intended for operation outside hazardous area, equipped with intrinsically safe circuits that can be placed in:
  • Zone 1 and 2, where there is a risk of explosion due to mixture of air with vapour, mist or gas, classified as  explosion group IIC, IIB and IIA and as temperature  class T1, T2, T3, T4.
  • Zone 21 and 22, where there is a risk of explosion due to mixture of air with dust, flammable fibres and volatile fuels, classified as explosion group IIIC, IIIB and IIIA.
