The base is made of cold-rolled sheet steel grade SPCC 1.2, the body is made of cold-rolled sheet steel grade SPCC 0.8. 84 drawers (12 rows, 7 drawers each) together hold up to 75,600 slides, 900 in each drawer.
ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) guides under the drawer ensure smooth sliding, while hidden latches prevent accidental opening. The handles are made of chrome-plated ABS. The interior of each drawer is divided into two compartments for easy filling. The surface of the cabinet undergoes a finishing cycle during production, including degreasing, preparation, zinc phosphate coating, sandblasting and powder coating.
The slots are specially made using a metal casting mold. The tag slots are made by stamping and molding. Each drawer is individually locked. This technology is in the process of patent registration.
