L.T. 100 Broth is used for the research and enumeration of total micro-organisms in cosmetic products via the

Lecithin and Tween 80 neutralize the antibacterial activity, allowing the research in products containing
phenolic derivatives, aldehydes and quaternary-ammonium salts.
Associated with Triton X100, a non ionic agent, they ensure the dispersion of the inoculum in the medium.
This medium may be used as a sample neutralizing diluent. In this case, isolation should be performed rapidly. .
