Use Principles

Lincomycin ELISA Test Kit is an indirect competitive enzyme-labeled immunoassay. The Lincomycin antigen is precoated on the wells. The precoated antigen compete the Lincomycin antibody (antibody solution) with Lincomycin in the sample, anti- Lincomycin antibody binds to the Lincomycin -HRP enzyme conjugate. Then pipete the substrate solutions to the wells to convert the color.

The color of unknown samples is compared to the color of the standards and the Lincomycin concentration of the samples is derived.
