Product Description of Mycotoxin ELISA Assay is a solid phase direct competitive enzyme immunoassay. An aflatoxin specific antibody optimized to cross react with all four subtypes of aflatoxin (see cross- reactivity information) is coated to a polystyrene microwell.

INTENDED USE
The Ochratoxin A Coffee, Cocoa, and Spices has been specifically designed for the quantitative
determination of Ochratoxin A in green, roast, and instant (soluble) coffee; cocoa powder and cocoa butter and various spices in the range of 1-20 ppb (μg/kg).

These Mycotoxin ELISA Kits can be QUANTITATIVE OR SEMI-QUALITATIVE, which means that consumers do not have to have microplate reader to read the test result. They can use the semi-qualitative ELISA kits to determine the concentration of mycotoxin in their samples simply by color changes and the gradient of color.
