Product Description of Mycotoxin ELISA Assay is a solid phase direct competitive enzyme immunoassay. An aflatoxin specific antibody optimized to cross react with all four subtypes of aflatoxin (see cross- reactivity information) is coated to a polystyrene microwell.

INTENDED USE

The Ochratoxin A Assay is a competitive enzyme-linked immunoassay intended for the quantitative detection of Ochratoxin A levels in grains, cereals, coffee, and other commodities including animal feeds.

These Mycotoxin ELISA Kits can be QUANTITATIVE OR SEMI-QUALITATIVE, which means that consumers do not have to have microplate reader to read the test result. They can use the semi-qualitative ELISA kits to determine the concentration of mycotoxin in their samples simply by color changes and the gradient of color.
