[Summary]

Ofloxacin (OFL) is a synthetic third-generation quinolone antibacterial drug with broad-spectrum antibacterial activity and good bactericidal effect. It has antibacterial effect on Enterobacter, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Haemophilus influenzae, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Streptococcus, Legionella, and Staphylococcus aureus. The Ofloxacin ELISA Test Kit produced by Meizheng is fast, easy-to-use, accurate and has high sensitivity, with 45 minutes operation time, which can minimize the operating error and working intensity.

[Principles]

Ofloxacin ELISA Kit is an indirect competitive enzyme-labeled immunoassay. The Ofloxacin antigen is precoated on the wells. The precoated antigen compete the Ofloxacin antibody (Antibody Solution) with Ofloxacin in the sample, Ofloxacin antibody binds to the Ofloxacin Enzyme Conjugate. After the color development of TMB Substrate, the absorbance value of the sample is negatively correlated with the Ofloxacin contained in it. Compared with the standard curve and multiplied by its corresponding dilution factor, the content of Ofloxacin in the sample can be calculated.
