Terminal PUE 7.1 for High Resolution Platform

Terminal PUE 7.1 series is designed for extension of industrial scales. PUE 71 features 5.7” colourful graphic touch screen display and membrane keypad. Two proximity sensors with programmable functionality offer hands-free operation. PUE 7.1 enables plugging a set of peripherals, including: barcode scanners, receipt and label printers, transponder card readers and typical PC equipment (keyboard, mouse etc.). The terminal supports 1 weighing platform in standard version.

HY10 terminal has been designed to enable designing multifunctional load cell scales operating in industry, and to cooperate with RADAWAG high resolution platform, Weighing Platforms and weighing modules.

HOUSING

High IP rating and stainless steel allow operation in challenging working conditions (high humidity, dustiness). These two characteristics make terminal meet high hygiene standards for food and pharmaceutical industries.

• The terminal’s housing and base are both made of stainless steel. All the HY10 connectors are fed through glands which along with water and dust proof housing guarantee high IP rating, i.e. IP68/69.
• 2-point terminal-base fixing system allows you to freely tilt your LCD. Option of tilt angle adjustment improves ergonomics of use and optimises indication visibility.

The MWMH-Manager is designed to enable operation of High Resolution Platform, Weighing platforms and  weighing  modules of MWSH, MWLH and MWMH series by means of a PC. The program facilitates mass readout, taring, zeroing, filters setting, internal adjustment, determination of operator’s start mass and user adjustment.

The RADWAG Connect  is a new tool intended for mobile devices operation of which is based on Windows 10. The program facilitates communication with RADWAG weighing instruments via local network. It enables access to instruments’ basic functions: taring, zeroing, record of weighings, measurements export. The RADWAG Connect uses any stationary or mobile device with Windows 10 operating system installed: desktop computer, laptop, tablet or phone.

• establishing communication with all balances, scales and weighing modules using  Common Communication Protocol,
• communication via local network,
• support of basic functions: record of current mass, taring, zeroing,
• auto searching for devices,
• connecting with few devices simultaneously, swapping between them,

The certified intrinsically safe PM02.EX power supply, manufactured by RADWAG, has been designed to power the HRP.EX.
PM02.EX power supply comes in two designs:

• PM02.EX-1-2: power supply intended for operation in hazardous area:
  • Zone 1 and 2, where there is a risk of explosion due to mixture of air with vapour, mist or gas, classified as  explosion group IIC, IIB and IIA and as temperature  class T1, T2, T3, T4.
  • Zone 21 and 22, where there is a risk of explosion due to mixture of air with dust, flammable fibres and volatile fuels, classified as explosion group IIIC, IIIB and IIIA.
• PM02.EX-2-2: power supply intended for operation outside hazardous area, equipped with intrinsically safe circuits that can be placed in:
  • Zone 1 and 2, where there is a risk of explosion due to mixture of air with vapour, mist or gas, classified as  explosion group IIC, IIB and IIA and as temperature  class T1, T2, T3, T4.
