Aluminum/Zirconium test paper allows the quick and easy detection of aluminum or Zirconium. In the presence of aluminum (Al³⁺) it shows bright red spots on a yellow background. With a different method it shows a red-violet spot in the presence of Zirconium (Zr⁴⁺).
