A new detector technology defines a new level: outstanding sensitivity at dosimeter size. The instrument will not be affected by any variations in temperature and humidity, external radiation, mechanical shocks, and vibrations. Two AAA-batteries are good for several months of autonomous operation.
These features as well as the additionally integrated sensors for temperature, humidity, CO2 (inclusive), or barometric pressure (optional instead of CO2) make the Radon Scout Professional the very first choice for both, short and long-term Radon sampling. The fast and statistically accurate measurement allows – in combination with the optional switch output – the direct control of ventilation systems to maintain the statutory Radon threshold.
Of course, the instrument can be calibrated. All results are saved in the non-volatile memory and may be read out through the USB interface. Only high-quality components are used for the Radon Scout Professional, which is manufactured at our company’s location in Dresden.
The Radon gas monitor comes with the DAkkS-conform calibration certificate according to the DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 and the latest release of the Radon Vision software.

A standard calibration is performed at a radon concentration of 3 000 Bq/m³, with the prior determination of the background effect. A second calibration point at a radon concentration of 300 Bq/m³ is possible on demand and at additional cost. A separate calibration certificate is created for each calibration point.
