TC Tergitol-7 LAB-AGAR™

Selective Lactose Media with Tergitol-7 for the enumeration of Escherichia coli and coliforms using the membrane filtration technique. The selective agent of the Media is Tergitol-7, which inhibits the growth of Gram-positive bacteria and reduces the growth of Proteus spp. An indicator system in the form of bromothymol blue and TTC allows differentiation of coliforms. Medium according to ISO 9308-1. Additive: TTC Sterile Solution 1% (SL0040).
