- Interchangeable rotisseries accommodate different tube sizes for maximum flexiblity. Each paddle can be adjusted from 0-90 degrees.
- Achieve more effective mixing with “oscillating” mode. Oscillation will occur at every 40 degrees in the rotation cycle.
