CCK1G

Series of two-electrode cells for measurement of the electrical conductivity in aqueous solutions. All probes are equipped with shielded cable and are available with different cell constants, different construction materials and designed for different application types.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

  • CCK5 series with cell constant K=5 cm; CCK1 series with cell constant K=1 cm
  • Threaded body ½” GAS for direct in-line installation or with proper probe holder
  • PVC or PTFE body, with graphite or AISI316 steel electrodes
  • Models with inbuilt temperature sensor, Pt100 or NTC10K
  • Models with M8 connector for PSP164 pumps

  • Cell Body: PVC or PTFE (depending on model), with ½” GAS standard thread, for direct in-line installation..
  • Working Conditions: models with PVC body: max 45 °C / 5 bar; models with PTFE body: max 130 °C / 3 bar (CCK1: max 90°C @ 6bar)
  • Thermo-compensation: models with inbuilt PT100 or NTC10K sensor
  • Max Temperature Error: PT100 class B: ±0.3°C @0°C, ±0.8°C @100°CL; NTC10K: ±2% ±3°C in the 15 to 75 °C range
  • Cable: shielded cable, 5 m (if not otherwise specified)
  • Electrodes: graphite
  • Application: 1 µS/cm to 20000 µS/cm (20 mS/cm)
  • Cell Constant: K = 1 cm (1 cm-1) ±5% (mechanical tolerance)
