Application of the device

Ultrasonic thickness gauge UT 25 is designed to measure the thickness of products and structures made of metal alloys and isotropic non-metallic materials with one-sided access to them.

It works with a variety of binary converters at frequencies from 2.5 MHz to 10 MHz. It ensures high reliability of results in laboratory, workshop and field conditions.

The device is implemented on a modern electronic base equipped with a bright color display and internal memory for storing settings, features and results. It has a simple and intuitive interface.

One of the advantages of the device is that it works with special high temperature sensors. These sensors allow one-sided control of products with a surface temperature of up to 350°C. Control objects can be metal pipes or tanks without decommissioning. Various steam pipes, metal rods and cast products before being cooled.

Simple and fast calibration allows you to calibrate the thickness gauge in 10 seconds. The instrument can be calibrated to a reference sample as well as to a known thickness on any material.
The lightweight and comfortable shockproof case provides protection against dust and moisture in various operating conditions, and provides resistance to drops from a height of up to 2 meters.

The device is used to quickly measure the thickness of metal and non-metal products (plates, vessels, pipes, pipelines, bridge, body, transport and other structures) to determine their corrosion status during operation or after production.
