The Lumitester Smart, in combination with the LuciPac A3 tests, detects all organic residues and microorganisms on surfaces as well as in liquids and determines the degree of cleanliness at the point of sampling. The system thus enables hygiene monitoring within seconds, directly following cleaning and disinfection measures.

A3 technology detects not only ATP (adenosine triphosphate), but also the lower-energy molecules, ADP (adenosine diphosphate) and AMP (adenosine monophosphate). This represents a technological advance over conventional ATP tests, as it significantly increases sensitivity. This is particularly important when dealing with heated and processed foods, as ATP is degraded to ADP and AMP during these processes, making it undetectable with conventional tests.

The Lumitester Smart is a mobile device that allows it to be used even in places that are difficult to access, making it particularly user-friendly. Via Bluetooth, the device can be connected to smartphones, tablets and laptops, where comprehensive evaluation of the measurement data is possible. By storing the data in the cloud, the results from multiple users and devices can be combined and evaluated regardless of location. This enables quality managers and hygiene officers to monitor the hygiene of multiple branches and locations.
