The portable vibrometer ADL M15 is a multifunctional measuring device designed to measure 3 vibration parameters: vibration velocity, vibration acceleration, vibration displacement; diagnosis of bearings by crest factor, as well as determination of the spectral composition of the vibration signal using special software.
This device is a unique vibration monitoring diagnostic tool. An easy-to-use portable Bluetooth sensor that connects to applications on tablets and smartphones. Data can be viewed in real time.
The distinctive feature and uniqueness of the ADL M15 vibrometer is that it can work in 5 different modes:
Classic vibrometer
Conventional vibrometer – this mode refers to the conventional use of the device as an indication of the overall vibration level of the device, measurement of peak values, displacement of bearings according to the peak factor, or diagnosis.
Vibration analyzer mode
Vibration analyzer mode – allows you to perform all functions as in the “classic vibration meter” mode, with the ability to present the vibration spectrum and save the data to professional software.
“Acceleration-stabilization” mode
The “acceleration-fix” mode is applicable for primary diagnostics of equipment after repairs when switching to standby units, including pumps and electric drives, blowers, turbines, compressors, mills, gearboxes and other equipment subject to frequent starts and stops.
This mode allows you to save data from the moment the speed is set to the operating speed, and also from the moment when the speed drops until the equipment comes to a complete stop. It then allows you to generate a trend of the vibration amplitude over time. The main purpose of this diagnostic is to prevent equipment damage when changing speed and passing critical frequencies of the shaft.
Tracing
Monitoring – allows you to set up a vibration meter to measure vibration and record vibration parameters after a certain period of time, for example an hour, a day or a week.
