Universal hardness tester ADL DU 120 Mini

Universal hardness tester ADL DU 120 Mini
The universal hardness tester ADL DU 110 is designed to check the hardness of metal products.
Easy to use, versatile in terms of possibilities, versatile in application and reliable in use!
ADL DU120 Mini is a universal hardness tester designed to measure the hardness of metal products. The device uses two methods to measure hardness – ultrasonic and dynamic; This makes it effective and versatile for quality control of materials in a variety of tasks including input, inter-operational and output quality control.
The hardness tester is suitable for measuring the hardness of carbon and structural steels, surface-hardened products, heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant, stainless steels, galvanized coatings, products of complex configuration, thin-walled and compact products.
The ADL DU 120 Mini has standard calibrations for Rockwell, Vickers, Brinell and Shore hardness as well as the Leib scale. Additional scales can be added for various materials, including using the single-point calibration function. This significantly increases the accuracy of measurements for certain materials and significantly distinguishes them in comparison with analogues.
The ADL DU120 Mini is also capable of storing up to 20 custom scales and displaying the entire measurement history of the facility. The built-in automatic algorithm for processing values and checking specified ranges improves the accuracy and reliability of material hardness measurements.
The dynamic probe can measure the hardness of massive workpieces with poorly prepared surface and coarse grain structure, it is recommended to use type G dynamic probe. This probe has a low sensitivity to product curvature and surface roughness. In addition, it is possible to equip the device with additional interchangeable sensors of various sizes, spring stiffness and notch stiffness.
The ultrasonic probe allows you to measure the hardness of grooves, surfaces of small radius, hard-to-reach places, products of complex shape and small parts. Due to the small trace of the identifier, it is ideal for measuring the hardness of the mirror surfaces of shaft journals, blades, gear teeth.
DYNAMIC SENSOR
It is recommended to use a G type dynamic probe to measure the hardness of solid products with poorly prepared surfaces and coarse grained structure. It has low sensitivity to product curvature and surface roughness.
The device can be equipped with additional interchangeable sensors of different sizes, spring stiffness and indentation stiffness.
ULTRASONIC SENSOR
With the help of an ultrasonic sensor, it is possible to easily solve the problems of measuring the hardness of grooves, surfaces with small radius, hard-to-reach places, products of complex shape and small parts.
Because it has a small identifier stamp, it can be well applied to measure the hardness of chuck surfaces of shaft journals, blades, gear teeth.
