Vibration analyzer designed to measure general vibration parameters, FFT spectrum analysis of rotating equipment, rapid evaluation according to ISO 10816, balancing of rotating equipment, road condition monitoring, measurement and data collection.

Simple to use and reliable, the embedded software simplifies data management and reporting.

Vibration measurement with the vibrometer is very fast and requires no preparatory work. It is possible to make 100 measurements per shift by submitting reports on the status of the equipment in the enterprise.

Vibration values ​​measured after a period of time (eg after 1 month) make it possible to predict vibration development and plan the timing of subsequent repairs. This allows you to significantly save money compared to scheduled repairs.

The values ​​measured by the vibration analyzer can be used to diagnose unit defects using spectral analysis of the signal. For example, with the key and “defective” lines in the spectrum, it is possible to determine the condition of the bearings, imbalance, misalignment and other defects.
